হাজিরার তথ্য: দৈনিক উপস্থিতি, কাজের পরিমাণ, পেমেন্ট, রিপোর্ট।
২. আমরা কিভাবে তথ্য ব্যবহার করি
হাজিরার তথ্য সঠিকভাবে পরিচালনা এবং ট্র্যাক করা।
শ্রমিকদের প্রোফাইল বজায় রাখা ও আপডেট করা।
বেতন, পাওনা ও পেমেন্ট হিসাব করা ও প্রদর্শন করা।
শ্রমিক ও ব্যবস্থাপনার জন্য বাৎসরিক রিপোর্ট প্রদান।
আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট সম্পর্কিত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ নোটিশ পাঠানো।
৩. তথ্য শেয়ার এবং প্রকাশ
মাত্র অনুমোদিত ইলমা কন্সট্রাকশন কর্মচারীদের সাথে।
আইনের প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী বা আমাদের আইনি অধিকার রক্ষার জন্য।
আপনার সম্মতি থাকলে, প্রয়োজনে।
৪. তথ্য সুরক্ষা
